What time does the show start?

The show start time may vary but the following times are a good indication:
- Live and Locals 7.30pm
- Dinner shows: Support starts at 8.30pm, Main act 9.30pm, if there is no support the main act starts at 9pm.
- Lunch shows begin at 2.30pm. If there is a support they will begin at 1.30pm
- Rock Trivia starts at 7pm
- School performances start at 7pm

What do I wear?

Smart casual

How long does the show go for?

The show goes for 1 hr- 1.5hrs depending on the artist.

What time does the Restaurant open?

- Doors open at 6pm for a dinner show, doors open at 12pm for a lunch show.

Is it BYO?

No we are fully licensed at Lizotte's Restaurant.

If you are just paying for the show, do you have to have something to eat?

Downstairs is our dinner show package usually but if it is an A la Carte night no you don't have to have something to eat.

Can you drink upstairs on the mezzanine section?

Drinking is not permitted in our front row of theatre style seats upstairs (B20-B33) as there is balcony ledge that is in front, and to rest a drink on it presents an OH&S issue. Any other section is fine to drink.

What's on the menu?

We do make changes ALMOST daily, even when we have the same artist playing two nights, depending on seasonal availability and to suit the different styles of shows that we present. You can have a look at sample menus on the live n cookin page of our website down the left hand column.

How can I pay for my tickets?

You can pay in a number of ways. By booking online with your credit card or credit card over the phone which are both preferred or you can come in to the restaurant and pay with cash, cheque or by eftpos.

Do you hold tables?

Yes, we hold tables for 48hrs then we require full payment or a deposit in some cases.

Can you bring your own cake for dessert for someone's birthday?

Yes, we charge $3.50pp cakeage fee

Can we decorate the table with balloons and confetti?

We don't allow confetti for dinner shows, it's a little too messy. We can have other decorations that won't require cleaning up or get in the way for viewing of the show.

Can we pay on the night?

No, we require full payment of tickets before the night of the show.

I have allergies to certain foods - what can you do?

At the time of making the booking, let us know and we will put it in the notes with your booking, also at the time of ordering let the waitress' know and we will cater to your needs.

Are you family friendly?

Yes we are. We offer a Kids menu to children under the age of 12.

Do I receive a ticket?

No, we don't issue tickets. We send a receipt to your email address and all you have to do is quote your booking name at the door on the night.

If I can't make it can I get a refund?

No, tickets are non refundable and non transferable to a different show once payment is processed. For some shows we do get a waiting list so we may be able to assist in helping you sell your tickets , but we do recommend you pass them on to friends and family to attend in your place if you are unable to sell them.

Can you use my credit card information from a previous purchase?

No, once payment is processed via credit card all details are removed from the system for security purposes. We require your details for each individual purchase.

I want to book a table for myself and a group of friends, do I have to pay for all the tickets?

No, you can pay for your tickets as the deposit, and your friends/family can call or come into the restaurant and pay for their own separately.

How do I pay for live and local nights?

Tickets are $10 cash on the door, Bookings essential via phone – 4956 2066

I want to book a function, how do I do this?

Please contact our functions co-ordinator on (02) 4956 2066 or email events@lizottes.com.au. Lizotte's is a great venue for a range of functions from weddings to birthdays, engagements to product launches and corporate events.

I was given a gift voucher, how do i use this to book a show?

Call us in the office and quote the gift voucher number and the amount. You may be required to pay for any additional amount owing or you may be in credit. If in credit we can issue you a new voucher or you can use this towards food and beverage on the night. Please make sure you bring your voucher with you on the show night to be redeemed.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes for the ground level of the venue only but please be aware as we are a 100 year old theatre we don't have disabled toilet facilities. Wheelchair bathroom is located 20-30m from the venue
